Ripped From The Headlines

Tabloids like the Weekly World News publish fantastic stories about aliens, Bigfoot, monsters in the closet and angels being shot down by the military. What if these stories were real?

In Ripped From The Headlines, the player characters work for The Crescent, a tabloid similar to the WWN, as reporters and researchers. They will be going out into the field, researching stories, protecting humanity from the supernatural - and the supernatural from humanity.

This game will be written in a mostly collaborative prose style, similar to the Twisted Fate game. Each adventure will be divided into "issues" within a volume. The Cinematic Unisystem rules from the Angel core rulebook will be used for this game.
